E pasur është biografia e djaloshit nga Begraca, Milot Gashi, i cili shkollimin fillor e kreu në vendlindje, si një nxënës i shkëlqyeshëm e pa konkurrencë. Me të njëjtin intensitet e kreu edhe shkollën e mesme në Ferizaj, duke dëshmuar se është i etur për dije dhe njohuri të reja.
Duke parë autodiktatizmin e tij të rrallë e të pasur, në kuadër të Fakultetit Matematikor. ai vazhdoi drejtimin shkenca kompjuterike në Universitetin e Prishtinës, ku për një semestër i kreu disa provime me notën dhjetëshe. Ishte më i dalluari, pa konkurrencë. Me të gjitha këto kualitete, Miloti vendosi të studiojë jashtë vendit, duke u venmdosur te xhaxhai i tij Islam Gashi në Graz të Austrisë, i cili i ndihmoi pa rezervë për të vazhduar studimet dhe integrimin e tij në vend, Vetëm studimet e vitit të parë i ka paguar, por të gjitha shpenzimet iu kthyen, pasi i ka mbërri të gjitha kriteret për të studiuar pa pagesë, deri në doktoraturën e tij.
